  • What are our fees?
  • What is our Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy?
If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment. We understand there are some genuine or unpredictable reasons to miss or cancel an appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?
No - You do not need a referral or a prescription. You can book an appointment with us directly. If you have a medical insurance, you should contact your insurer who may ask a referral letter from your GP.
  • What can I expect on my first physio appointment?
At our clinic, we take great effort in discovering the cause behind of your pain/issue. Your physiotherapist will listen to your story and the history of your condition. After assessing and examining, we will then work with you to determine an appropriate customised treatment plan based on your physical needs and treatment goals. You are welcome to ask any questions during your course of treatment.
